loungijmft shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, or other similar causes beyond our reasonable control.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and loungijmft regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and loungijmft. No amendment to these terms shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of loungijmft.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
